How do I buy a kitten?
If you see a cat that you like in our miauw.shop, you can buy it immediately by following the steps. Follow the steps, fill in your personal data. Pay the amount, and we will contact you for the transfer of your kitten. Also the team will make an appointment for the meeting for you with your new cat.
First I want to have full insight in all papers of the kitten!
We totally understand. You can contact us via Whatsapp. If you want to see everything, like health tests, pedigrees, vaccinations, etc. you can choose the
'All info about a particular cat'. We will then give you access to all information to the cat of your choice. In the exeptional situation that in the mean time the cat of your choice is already sold, you get a refund.
If later you end up buying a cat from our shop, you will also get a refund for these costs.
Why do you ask for a fee when I want information about a kitten?
Why do we only do this for a fee? Because many people enjoy requesting information—and especially photos and videos—simply for the fun of it. This way, we ensure that we only spend time on serious buyers, allowing us to devote more time to cuddling and caring for our kittens...
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal or cash. Do you want to pay in an other way, contact us!
Are any costs refundable?
The costs are refundable, untill the moment that our team is activated for you to bring everything in order for the meeting of you with your new companion. This means that you can tell the team only in your first contact with them (phone or email) that you want to cancel.
If you wish to cancel at a later stage of the process, you will only be liable for costs already incurred—such as transport costs. If you have already taken the kitten in your home and subsequently wish to return it or have it collected, you will also be responsible for the costs incurred up to that point; this is arranged in consultation.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs start at €1000. We use a Pet Nanny that brings the cat to the airport nearest to you, or by car,
this is negotiable.
We try to keep shipping time as short as possible, to make sure our kitten can settle down quickly at his new home and future!
Why is my new kitty so shy / not eating?
It is normal that a kitten, when rehomed, is very home-sick. He misses his mother and his kitten-friends. Also, cats are attatched to their surroundings and even in our cattery they need time when they are replaced in an other room or piece of garden. Especially when they are adopted, their mother is not arround to show them it is safe and fun. Also see the 3/3/3 adoption rule.
What is your return policy?
Returning the kitten within 72 hours is possible with a refund of a big part of the price. Please read more about this in our Guarantee section.
May I come and visit you, choose a kitten and get to know your cats?
Our cattery is a hobby and a great passion in which we invest a lot of time, money and love, but we also have a private life and children. Our house and our Cattery is not a zoo or an animal shelter where we want to entertain lots of visitors.
You can find all the information you need about the specific cat on the miauw.shop and on the homepage of Cattery Mickey. Our homepage shows lots of pictures on how our cats live. When you pay for more information, you will also receive a video of the cat and even can take a look at its documents and every page of its passport.
We do offer a 'Cuddle Meeting'. This is a paid meeting, because we only want serious clients. If you take the kitten home, the meeting is refunded.
